    most sales man agree a lot with your idea that is we could't be rude to our customer.and we trust most of our customers are the god and also very nice to us,by contrast,it's our responsibility to take care the customer

    I can't stand rude businesses, no excuse for it. I know when I worked in retail, there were a few times when I was less than sunny with people, telling one or two customers where to go. But I had to be pushed pretty hard by a customer to get to that point. Never take out whatever's bothering on other people, least of all customers.
