For effective business one need to be honest in providing the services to customers.
Aggressive marketing strategy is supporting factor for rude business
I can't stand rude businesses, no excuse for it. I know when I worked in retail, there were a few times when I was less than sunny with people, telling one or two customers where to go. But I had to be pushed pretty hard by a customer to get to that point. Never take out whatever's bothering on other people, least of all customers.
