Whew, that was tiring! I could probably type a bit faster than that but I'm actually still amazed at the rate I'm able to type! This is a great tool for those who want to practice their typing skills and minimize the number of errors they may create in their posts.
@fallace, typing in the dark? If only I could do that succesfully. I might attempt that if I plan to take this typing test again.
OK I saw this thread and thought I was good at about 50 WPM, (that means 45 wpm) but jeez you guys are typing machines. Over 100 WPM? I don't think I can even think my words that fat let alone type them that fast.

Not bad! But I think I need to improve my typing still. My speed was 100+ words per minute before.
On average I am getting around 80 to 100 words per minute ratio. I am using other typing speed test website as this one you are using isn't comfortable enough for me. I am using TypingTest.com and it is really good website I must say. Most of my classmates get an average of 20-50 word per minute. I really suggest you guys to use TypingTest.com.
I was at 85 a few weeks ago. I do not test this that often.

Hmm, being a former typist, I feel like my typing speed has decreased overtime, probably as a result of the comfortable way of typing over computer keyboard as opposite to they keys position in a typewriter machine.
