Retaining Interest in Newsletter

We send out a monthly newsletter and have noticed that some are unsubscribing. The number of times this has happend has been increasing over the last three months. What are some ways I can get people to stay interested in our newsletters? I feel that the content is informative, but it isn't wowing.

If you don't think that your content is wowing, you already have found your problem. If readers don't have a reason to anxiously await the content of your next newsletter they will have no reason to even look for it. You need to hire a better writer, and plan out your newsletters so that they can lead into each other.
