Are Agile and Nimble the same product or competing products? Any wisdom on what kind of customer support they offer if there are any problems? Do technicians actually visit the sites of the business and help to set it up? I would assume that a smooth-running website for a company, that contains many different sections, would need a lot of background support and problems would need to be fixed very quickly. How do the costs compare?

I would suggest to go with a bigger company that has many more features as it looks very limited to me.
