The upgrade is now complete. If you have any issues then please let us know.
What changes were made? The forum seems to be loading a lot faster at the moment, although that may be due to my internet connection.
We upgraded everything to latest versions
It certainly helped. I've been running on a slower computer here and the past few times I visited the forum it would take something like 25 seconds just to get one page to load. Things are much more manageable now.
Hopefully things keep up as the forum grows.
Oh so that explains why then new style of view when I click "What's New" tab. It shows the most recent post's by members in different sections. I think it is more organized now and specific. Yes the forums loads faster now but there are times that I get a "page unable to load" message but I guess that's when the upgrade is not yet done.
Hope the upgrade will go well. Some of us might like xenforo, did you consider moving to xenforo?
I've seen lots of forum owners tried to move there and they seem to like the features compare to vb.
