I am not banned from Adsense and they have not paid me for over 6 months despite the owed amount is a bit more of $200 USD.

They said it was a problem with the new interface back on September 2011, later due to technical problems affecting a few accounts, later because my account had to be synced, afterwards for unknown reason and the last I heard from there about a month and a half was that they were "investigating" why my payment is not being issued yet despite the account is actually working.

Of course I stopped to run their ads since it smell to scam, and therefore the finalized earnings have not increased through this time.

However, by the end of May when "this time you will be paid" last email arrived, they stopped all communication and began to send auto-responses saying that "nobody" attends such email when I was in contact with them through this address all the time.

If this is not scam, I don't know how can we name it. In fact Google is acting like scammers do, avoiding to provide reliable contact methods and shutting down the available.

Yikes. That is a lot of money for them to make off of you and not pay out. That's horrible. I have an adsense account, but have never really put it to use. I just got too lazy after reading everything. I guess I am missing out on money.

Can we get back to the very beginning of this post?

I am not having any opinion one way or another until I get documentary proof of that ban and that amount of money owed. It has nothing to do with the integrity of any of the parties involved. It's just the standard thing to do in cases like this.

So can we have some documentary proof to back up the allegations, please?

I sympathize with your losses. I remember working with Adsense for a while than *BOOM* I got slapped with a ban. I'm not sure what the reason was for but I don't have the time and energy to waste on inquiring of them of an un-ban. Google Adsense is a huge company so they have to make sure they take reasonable precautions to maintain a legitimate business.

Agreed, this thread has gone on and on, but I haven't seen any documentation on this pre-emptive ban either. Since hearing about this, I have asked other sources as well, and they tell me there is no such thing. Yes, by all means, please post a screenshot of this ban so that we may see it.

Adsense is not a scam. I made my first online dollar through Adsense so I can vouch for them. However I do agree that they have become very strict in the last one year and banned quite a few publishers. I would say that most of the time it is publisher's fault, a lot of people try to game the system but Google tracks a lot of things so ultimately they get caught. I would recommend that you post high quality content on your sites and follow Adsense's terms and conditions, that should keep your account safe.

    Try phoning them.

I say this every single time this thread starts on a forum and no one ever posts any. They go round and round and eventually say something like "Believe what you want!" and stop responding because they can't produce evidence. It's like those sites complaining about Paypal and saying it's a scam. You ask for proof, no one's home.

I have an open invitation on a post about Elance scams on my old blog: people kept posting comments saying that Elance is a scam. And whenever I asked for proof... silence. In the end I posted up the invitation to send me proof and I'd look into it with Elance CS and so on. Guess what? Nobody ever responded and nobody posts accusations there any more. Quelle surprise.

As I always say "Proof or it's just a myth".

I'm going to just say what I've said in the past about this

Adsense isn't a scam. Because yes, I've been paid by them.

BUT!!!, many of these complaints about random bans are probably true. Because the FIRST time I used them they pulled that on me as well. And appealing did nothing. And you can't even show "proof" of the ban because when you ask them during the appeal they don't give you any proof of what you did wrong.

So yeah, even though I have been getting paid for 5 months and counting by them, they ARE very picky and have ZERO problems with banning you without telling you why or showing you why.

But why would you put THAT much on hold honestly? $3000???? I would have cashed out WAY before that. I'm not defending Google, but cashing out $3000 is very suspicious looking.
