Which search engine do you think will have more potential in the future? It may not be Google but who knows?

    What do you guys think?

My standpoint does not take into account any of these search engines nor others we already know.

I believe Yahoo will never equal Google and much less will surpass it, but Google will fall sooner or later.

In fact Google is actually not as search engine as it was, mostly resulting from their eagerness to dominate the world being already a worst monopoly that Microsoft, but "with the touch."

I'm convinced that a new search engine will come overtime, it's not any of the actual search engines, but probably a project emerging for unsatisfied Google employers (or pretty ambitious) to take over it.

I know Google has become the "top dog" but call me old fashioned if you want I really like Yahoo. Maybe because I have been on Yahoo since before Google even existed.... Yeah thats right I am old lol.

I think Yahoo has been in a steady decline since about 2002, and Google has pretty much taken over the internet in that time. I'm fairly sure that when and if we eventually have starships breaking the light barrier, some of them will have the Google logo on their hulls.

Yahoo has almost been bought a few times. That said I like their email better than Gmail since Gmail basically has been the same since they introduced it. Search engines though Google wins hands down.

Google will never die, Google is used daily by hundreds of millions of people, not to mention that they also own YouTube. If you can't find something on Google then it probably isn't worth finding. Google was always reign supreme.

Theoretically, Google must end some day. There is nothing that will last forever. However in the foreseeable future, I don't see anything that's anywhere close to what Google is doing. Just as an example, when Google makes a change in their search algorithm, everyone wants to know. When was the last time anyone noticed, say, Yahoo making a change in their search algorithm?

I think it will be Google. Right now Google is having a lot of audience, fans and users already and I think that Yahoo should take a step higher too. I just think that Google is way way too far ahead of Yahoo today and if yahoo won;t make a significant move, they wont stand a chance with Google in the future.
