All businesses have now shifted their focus on customers as most profits can be get if the customer is happy.

Customers should be in the top priority but they are not actually always right. Some customers are abusing this tag line but there are limitations attach to this. Others are making excuses to get freebies and it should not be tolerated. We must know who are telling the truth and customers should be handled well regardless of the conflict that occurred this could be an opportunity for us to gain their trust. There are different activities that can help us win the customers and we just know how to use them. Customers are the sources and we should provide them the proper resources.
Buddy customer is always right doesnt mean that the customers is always right about the strategies you are using or so. If you are not catering the demand of the customers perfectly or to some extent, then customers will complain about it and that is always marketers look for.
