Do you receive any benefits at your work or do you give them to your employees if you own a business? If so, what are they?

I currently get health insurance, close to 4 weeks paid vacation, and subsidized transportation to and from work. I'd love if my workplace offered a retirement plan but overall I think I do okay.

    What is everyone else's situation?

Yes, the best companies attract and keep employees as much thru the compensation as the benefits. My last permanent position included health, retirement and paid vacations. Now the company was always looking for adding small other benefits and maintaining the cost of these as low as possible and everybody enjoyed their will to keep improving !

Currently, I have no employees. I have health and life insurance for myself. I also have an annuity for retirement. If I did have employees I would offer them the same benefits.

I have to pay for my own benefits as a business owner, but I do offer my employees health insurance and paid sick days. Offering benefits really helps with acquiring top talent for the job. It was an extra out of pocket expense, but worth every penny.

Where I work, we get a prescription discount cards (where I only pay a co-fee on all prescriptions), and we also get quarterly 'office parties' held at fanciful locations like New York and Florida... These benefits seem to cater to younger employees, but I'm young so it works for me XD

This is most definitely the thing I miss the most about working for an employer as oppose to myself. I miss the paid breaks and holidays - the cushy pension plan and overtime! While being able to work when and where ever I want may sound like a huge benefit - it isn't always because I am terrible at managing my time!! :/

I receive $150 extra dollars per month to go towards healthcare of my choosing. I don't get benefits with my job as of now. I work for my mom and she doesn't have a lot of employees, so she chooses to give us extra money to go towards what ever plans we want.

I do not have any benefits with my business. I have to use my own plan which has a higher deductible, but it is better then not having any coverage at all.

Well I don't have much in the way of a conventional job, since they cut me back to almost nothing. We were supposed to get substantial benefits but I just don't know if I will get anything. I don't even know if i still have a job to be honest.
