The one for marketing has been very helpful for me to reach new people, tho I don't sell much but my article writing service and also advertising.

Blogging is a great way to share your business and also let your potential customers interact with you. They can also get to know more about your business as they can follow your updates. It really is one of the most effective to market your business.

Do you have a blog for marketing your business or services?
No, lol. I don't have a product or anything to sell yet. Although, I have joined amazon affiliates and a couple of other places, but I have no idea how to actually sell products online. I don't know how to pre-sell or set up an article in such a way, by the end of reading it they want to buy what i'm writing about. I write articles about factual information, I have no clue how to tug on peoples heart strings or attract them to buy anything. Would you like to teach me how?

I love to write, BUT I find it hard to update my blogs as well. I'm a perfectionist and it can take almost two weeks to come up with the perfect post. I love to listen to music to get ideas, and sometimes I look a various pictures.

I am not a great "salesperson" myself. I do share tips and information, but I add in recommended products or tools. Most of what I recommend is free, but I also use my blog to market my article writing. So I do use it to market myself, but I am not selling more then myself. Just my posts and writing style is all I really need and not a sales pitch
There are many people who do well using their blog to market products. Businesses can have a success with a blog as they can keep customers and potential customers up to date with what is happening.

I consider my blog a part of my social media campaign, as I consider blogs to be a very social tool and a good way to interact with your audience and potential market in a way that is not pushy or purely sales-driven. It's a good way to air your experiences and information about where you see your industry heading, as well as new technologies and ideas that might impact your industry in a positive way (or otherwise!).

Yes, it is part of marketing and to me classified as building brand awareness!
