Don't add anything to stumbleupon without being active on the site for a period of time. Give some feedback first to other sites on there, thumbs ups, etc. That way they will give whatever you add more strength and you'll receive more views. If you create a new account and add a blog right away, I guarentee you wont see any views for it whatsoever.
